Ingredients you would need to make the Sunday Mutton Curry
Marinated Lamb

• Hung curd – 150 gms
• Lamb Curry cut – 500 gms
• Salt – To taste
• Garam Masala – 15 gms

Mutton Curry

• Turmeric – 10 gms
• Marinated Lamb
• Home Ground Garam Masala – 10 gms
• Potato – 2 medium size
• Mustard oil – 30 ml
• Desi Ghee – 50 gms
• Peasled Sliced Garlic – 20 gms
• Degi chili powder – 15 gms
• Black pepper corn – 15 gms
• Coriander powder – 20 gms
• Cardamom – 10 nos.
• Cloves – 10 nos.
• Bay Leaf – 2 nos.
• Cinnamon – 1 no.
• Sliced onions – ½ kg
• Coriander Leaves – 5 stacks
• Green chili – 5 nos.
